Terms & Regulations

Welcome to Breathing with Horses™.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and deeply transformative experience for both our human and equine partners, please review our official policies below.

By booking a session, package, or membership, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Booking and Financial Policies

💰 50% Booking Deposit

• Requirement: All individual one-on-one sessions require a non-refundable 50% deposit when booking.

• Securing Your Slot: Your time slot is only reserved once your deposit is processed.

• Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or at the start of your session.

⚖️ Sliding Scale Pricing

• Honor System: We offer sliding scale options to keep horse-assisted coaching accessible.

• Tier Selection: Please choose the tier that honestly reflects your financial situation.

• No Verification: We do not ask for proof of income. We ask that you respect this system to keep it sustainable for those in deep need.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather

⏳ 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Standard Notice: You must give at least 48 hours' notice via email or Whatsapp to cancel or reschedule.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before, your 50% deposit is forfeited.

• No-Shows: Failing to show up without notice results in a charge for the full 100% value of the session.

🌧️ Weather & Equine Well-Being

• Safety First: We work outdoors with live animals. Sessions may be rescheduled due to extreme weather or sudden equine health issues.

• Coach Cancellations: If we cancel for safety or weather, your deposit transfers to a new date, or is fully refunded.

🕒 Punctuality & Lateness

• Start Time: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

• Client Lateness: If you arrive late, your session still ends at the original time to protect the horses' routine.

3. Packages and Memberships

📦 Monthly Packages

• Expiration: All sessions in a monthly package must be used within 90days of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over.

• Commitment: Monthly packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other people.

🎖️ Membership Benefits & Regulations

• Perks: Members receive priority booking, special discounts, and exclusive event access.

• Billing: Memberships are billed automatically every month on your registration date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with 14 days notice in writing before your next billing cycle.

4. Safety, Dress Code & Conduct

🥾 Required Clothing & Footwear

• Footwear: You must wear closed-toe shoes. Sturdy boots or sneakers are required. Sandals, heels, or thin canvas shoes are strictly prohibited.

• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty. We recommend long pants to protect against brushes and bugs. Avoid loose, dangling jewelry or scarves that could snag.

• Refusal of Service: For your safety, you will not be allowed near the horses if you are wearing inappropriate footwear. The session will be canceled without a refund.

🐴 Equine Safety & Respect

• Animal Welfare: Horses are sentient beings, not props. You must follow all safety instructions regarding handling and approaching them.

• Termination for Safety: Any behavior that risks the safety or well-being of the horses or coach will end the session immediately without a refund.

🚫 Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

• Coaching vs. Therapy: Breathing with Horses is a somatically focused coaching practice. It is not psychiatric care, psychotherapy, or veterinary medical advice.

🔒 Confidentiality

• Privacy: All personal insights and discussions shared during your sessions are strictly confidential.

• Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality is only waived if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself, others, or the animals, or if required by law.

5. Liability Waiver Statement

⚠️ Assumption of Risk

By booking a session with Breathing with Horses™, you acknowledge that working around equine animals involves inherent risks of injury or property damage. Horses are unpredictable animals that can kick, bite, stumble, or react suddenly to environment changes.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. You agree to hold Breathing with Horses™, its facilitators, and the property owners harmless from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury or damage sustained during your session. A formal, signed copy of this liability waiver must be completed prior to your first session.

6. Pricing, Packages & Memberships

🟢 One-on-One Sessions

• Standard Rate: 350 NIS per individual session.

• Payment: Requires a 50% non-refundable deposit (175 NIS) at booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session.

🥈 Silver Membership

• Price: 1600 NIS per month.

• What is Included: 4 private one-on-one sessions per billing cycle.

• Bonus Support: Continuous email support between your sessions for guidance and integration.

• One free session to be with the horses without field work.

🥇 Gold Membership

• Price: 2000 NIS per month.

• What is Included: 5 private one-on-one sessions per billing cycle.

• Bonus Support: Direct WhatsApp support between sessions for real-time connection and integration.

• One free session to be with the horses including field work.

• One free session to be with the horses without field work.
